Unbelievable.

They just publicly admitted to bottling 3000+ cases of booze, and linked to a picture of a COLA that literally says "EXPIRED" at the top. That's because the COLA had an expiration date of 10/12/2016.

As you already pointed out, the TTB website states as follows:

TERMINATION DATES

A TERMINATION DATE ON A COLA IS AN EXPIRATION DATE. AFTER THE DATE SHOWN, THE PRODUCT MAY NOT BE BOTTLED OR IMPORTED PURSUANT TO SUCH COLA.
