Gross Gaming Revenue is the amount the house took in.
Promotional allowances are (direct) expenses they incurred to earn the GGR.
The difference (negative last Q) is the gross profit (or loss in this case).
Then overhead (Selling, General & Administrative) costs are subtracted to yield operating profit (or loss in this case).
Lastly, other costs - depreciation, interest, currency conversions, etc. are subtracted to get net income.
