Note: 2015 HHSE filed a completely fraudulent f10-12(g) to pump up shares only to withdraw the filing due to Terry Johnson being identified as a complete fraud.

HHSE does same thing over and over, perhaps CEO found someone else to sign off fraudulent audit for money. Perhaps CEO found new company to commit fraud on a new film library valuation.

If you recall, last summer f10-12(g) was going to be filed prior to their jaw dropping line up at Cannes. NEVER WAS FILED.

I saw no news about an asteroid strike, or alien abduction which was what the CEO reported as the only items that would delay filing a year ago.
