There is no interest in a buyout. When Hartstein and Noonan traveled to Israel earlier this year they met with them. If there was any chance of a buyout, they wouldn't be selling. What we can hope for is that another fund negotiates a deal to buy the rest of their shares at an appropriate discount to give them immediate liquidity. Until Finjan began missing deadlines, I had even thought of approaching them to buy a big chunk.

Now that they have mentioned a couple times about raising capital by issuing more shares or issuing shares for an acquisition, I am more leery of their prospects. The low float is a plus, but two major holders have sold shares and more dilution along with their sales will keep this down for years.
