Is anyone aware of any informed estimates of when a B-UP foam and or pill formulation will will be ready for human trials? In the unlikely event we don't receive a good offer from BP based upon the current trial results I wouldn't mind seeing more quick, cost efficient, open label trials using optimized dosing and frequency lessons learned from current trial results but using foam and pill formulations for IBD. The results may be truly amazing and valuable. With recent efficacious and safety news from our current trial recruiting a larger number of patients all of whom would know they will be on active drug should go very quickly using established and informed trial sites while adding some high quality and high throughput hospitals like MDA who treats truly massive numbers of cancer patients per year.
All this being said we do need a deal this year for B,P,or K that provides the capital to peruse this line of development process thus optimizing the returns on all future deals. This is after all the company's clearly stated objective.
