help me understand why a provider would accept shares for debt at this point ...??? Perhaps something is better than nothing, or perhaps they think the company's value is about to increase. But on the face of it at this point, going into a 30/1 reverse split, with no positive news of company developments, why would a provider pay more per share than market??? What am I missing here?
