Hedge Fund Owners are crooks in a simple word. IMHO, Lampert is trying to bolster PPS to bail on some of his commons so WATCH for Form 4's field with SEC fi this is case- BUT because he is such a fund, and Wall Street needs overhauled, I would not put tricks past him here to get his way through certain brokerages, and why trump's new Wall Street legislation exec orders being worked on are loooong overdue!
Either way, after craftsman was sold, SHLD worthless in my book today sadly. BK in any form or financial scheme Lampert is trying to pull off to "run with His money", will ALWAYS see Shareholders ruined in the end...
I am really surprised not seeing this around 1.00 already especially with BOD making announcement and SEC filing last week about "not able to go on any longer"...
I have NO SHLD position, but being one in past, what I am witnessing here from Lampert (and his Insider Wall Street buddies), is making George Economou of DRYS look like a misunderstood Saint...
