Here's what I took away from the call:

1. "80-100 million shares, possibly more, after bankruptcy"
2. Ascolese values the patents at $3.5MM (I think that's generous).
3. Ascolese and Powers are taking much of their current salaries in shares.

They made absolutely no mention of prospective companies they are negotiating with to potentially acquire. That suggests to me that they're not currently close to finalizing any such deal(s).
