Revisited Jinbo Group 2016 Annual Meeting Videos:

2. 17:39: Invited Mr. LI Nonghe as honorary chairman of the board. Mr. Li is the President of World Chinese Business Advancement Association. Mr. LI has extensive connections with businessmen and politicians in the world, especially chinese businessmen around the world.

3. 18:35: Discussed ZJMY's EV, comparing to BYD and Tesla. They have the most advanced battery technology and battery swap technology, through seven years of R&D with Tsinghua University. They believe that they are the technical leader of EV in the world.

4. 20:32: Their E-commerce platform subscription grows very fast.

5. 23:04: It took about ten years to build the foundation.

6. 24:04: ZJMY New Energy already started US listing procedures and will have results very soon.

7. Smart phone, anzipay, anzimall.com as a group is preparing for public listing. A baby formula company is also planning going public.

8. 28:00: Mentioned about their cooperation with LU Wei and his company.

9. 32:00: The CEO was talking about to have three public companies in three years. Since there are more than three companies involved, my understanding is that they will have three public entities within Jinbo group, not necessarily under one ticker or even one market.
