Ok homies....I will volunteer to put out feelers to a couple of seemingly reputable law firms specializing in class action suits, and see what kind of responses I get.
In the event that something seems promising, I will need all your emails and Ihub handles. So if you could please forward that info to jeffxkar@gmail.com.
In my communication to the firms, I will mention foremost the deception of the last conference call, with particular emphasis on the failure to mention the $3 million dollar tax debt.
As well, I will bring up the many, many months of apparent share price manipulation, as well as even the suspicions of a few that Big Tobacco might have had a role in this. (I personally don't find that theory to be that far fetched).
Ok....so what am I forgetting, and/or what other suggestions can you offer as to what else I should communicate to the lawyers.
