As a lawyer and stock investor since age 19 I especially enjoy watching retailer BKs. I've been personally involved in a few such liquidations. In this case I'm interested in watching tricks used by a brainy experienced pro like Eddie Lampert.

Lately few retailer rescues have worked out. The US is still overstored and malls are dying. And Sears has a stodgy reputation. Young shoppers will never go there.

Yes, the key thing is to sit back and observe. You'll get better at it with time. I'd certainly urge you to follow the Real Investors on Seeking Alpha rather than the gambling addicts in this neighborhood.
