Hey DR...no dilution going on. FACT....The stock went over 1000% and is settling in to a trading range after chart has cooled and flippers flip and profit takers do their thing....Lots coming in the next few weeks and more.
Plenty of catalysts already from recent cc and pr>> There are few better stocks on the OTC than VGID with all that is going on....The day to day movement is not indicative of it....the fact its stair stepping up and forming higher bases tells the story.

0-Fernhill deal done & paid VGID shareholders 10:1 & path for future spinoffs set.
1- A.N.D. distribution back up and running with new distribution and increased sales
2- CBD line extension and distribution set - June launch
3- Vitamin Water & Antiox drink- "Pump Fitness" in unique dumbbell packaging - June launch
4- Hollywood Hair Cutters Spinoff/IPO- 3 initial locations in negoitions and paperwork 2-3 months
5- New Beer Beverage ( I didn't get the name of it) with possible distribution set as per relationship with new distributor- July
6- 7 new incubated companies to be spun off or be newly formed wholly owned subsidiaries under VGID in the next 5 years – ALL ADD TREMENDOUS VALUE TO V GROUP/VGID shareholders. Additionally, he also stated that there is no current dilution going on and intends to keep the current share structure intact. The bottom line is, The V Group is not your ordinary pink sheet stock and Larry is not your ordinary run of the mill pink ceo. Larry actually cares about his shareholders (*He is the largest common shareholder owning about 50% of the OS) and has grand vision for growth and adding value to the V Group conglomerate. The fact is he has already proven he can get things done as he said he would
