If the primary lender (Calm Waters/Strong) was misled by Dan and the board of directors, like we investors were, I encourage him/them to file a claim also, which would be separate from ours as small investors.

If our claim is paid by the insurer, I do not see how the the estate is entitled to the investors claim.
