WE NEED FACTS-Current float (Can anyone confirm) and this will show how much issued and dilution. If we passed 5 billion we are vulnerable to a reverse split.

If the company id dumping shares to gain cash and there is massive dilution, there are problems. A reverse split will wipe out everyone and the company needs to be transparent on the float and dilution.
