In response to my own comment "I would hope he's not that stupid lol."
Stephen Miller just filed this letter today that's basically threatening the judge! It says:

Mr. Berger,
If no meeting is scheduled today for a day by 3/31/17 I will contact Judge Castel to replace you
on this case.
Your complaint must be revised to make the evidence relevant to actuality. The misleading
statements are minor compared to 16 notes that don't have dates when they were sold to see
clearly the formation of the mountain of cash that disappeared by the embezzlement
conspiracy.
After the judgment by Judge Bernstein an appeal will be necessary. I will get the transcript of
my statement on 3/23 to Stu with his absurd remarks.
The underwriters must return the money they embezzled with punitive damages and the FBI
must prosecute. The media needs to explain their story correctly.
