The production facility in Egypt was created 25 years ago, and they produce 75 percent of the ketchup found in the country. This is a huge chunk of the market that may end up decreasing rapidly in the coming days and months as a result of this leaked footage.

There is no doubt that locals are outraged about this, especially because they are paying higher prices to get a premium brand that is supposed to be of a higher quality. This type of thing is surely going on every day, which begs the question as to what other companies are falling victim to the nasty habits of Muslim workers.

If I'm reading this correctly, this is an Egyptian problem not a U.S. one. Wouldn't affect me if it were. I don't consume Heinz products. This will amuse me if it sends people here into a panic and they switch brands. Poor Kerry. Though I'm sure his wife's fortune is secure in other financial venues.
