Andy Grave: your lighting your hair on fire over this??????

First, Charlie has a point about the vague slides. Whether this is unethical or not is up to debate. I can tell you from personal experience that to make any kind of performance claim, legal crawls up your butt. But he has to do some serious backflips to light his hair on fire. Optane caches are interesting but unlikely to be terribly successful. We have had NAND caches available for a long time and they never took off. SSDs are here to stay and this new optane product is not going to displace those. But all of the terrible unethical behavior would be kind of moot if say a reviewer were able to do actual hands on testing...cough:
