Valuation wouldn't be based on revenues or earnings. Possibly based on online footprint, but MRNJ has been unable to capitalize on it in years and they are in an ultra competitive space. In any case any offer would be wildly speculative. We recently turned down an offer and we have 7 figure monthly revenues. My partners and I decided to remain private and independent. We have no reason to sell or go public because we have a great business.
