I don't recall the CEO stating that they were turning away business... I do believe it was a CEO of a different company whose SP is in a downward spiral.

More than a single location.... Illinois, Indiana, Texas, Florida, and possibly more...... so saying it's a single location is absolutely false.

Dust? That's funny as the only dust on the trucks and trailers is the highway dust as they continue to rack up millions of miles....
