The bond company formed by CGrowth Capital funds international projects that include Powder River Resources' oilfield work in Wyoming. CGRA owns Powder River and the bond company. The bond company was thoroughly vetted by underwriters at Lloyd's of London.

If you read through the news releases and bond section at bottom of iBox, you will see credible and legal actions on many fronts.

CGRA doesn't issue news if it has no news to report. That is a positive action in my view.

CDEL has been shorting this for years. Some flippers have moved through on news. Many longs have been holding and plan to hold for much higher exit points.

Annual Report is due this week.
