I'm not busting on Amarin management, they've been place in a very precarious position of dealing with an off the statutes FDA since 2012. NCE debacle started June 2012, approval without ANCHOR label July 2012, NCE delay decision forced GIA, dilution, and toxic finanacing, Lovaza CP further delayed NCE, ANCHOR Ad Com, wrongful exclusivity, exclusivity law suit, ANCHOR SPA rescindment & appeal, Epanova approval & patent suits, First Amendment case, NCE delay, First Amendment win, First Amendment delay..........

Management is underpaid to deal with this crap.... Amarin needs ANCHOR justice or ALL off the above damages will never be corrected.
