And Seymour did this without having contractual obligations in place with said academic lab defining hours of effort spent by lab on NNVC's project, requirements for detailed status reports provided by lab on specified dates, timelines, and the like?

This is the best possible plan Seymour and Diwan could come up with after 12 years, $80 MILLION, and "6000 animal studies with positive results"?


Does any of this actually seem credible?

For a company who has claimed for the past 12 years to be sitting on billions of dollars worth of cures for the near totality of all viral infections?
