Well to begin with being granted an Orphan Drug Status is far from being FDA approved.

As for FDA approval that means everything, not sure what stocks you have ever traded that did nothing on actual approval but take a look at HTGM it went from $1.20 to $13.00 just on approval by the EU.

MBRX is only in a Phase II with their number one drug candidate got to give it more time before it actually pops.
