The 'company' CANNOT 'resume filing' - the stock is REVOKED - it doesn't exist anymore, so it is nott even ELIGIBLE to file anything.

It doesn't EXIST anymore. Revocation was the END.

Abe Lincoln won't be writing any new speeches either, he's dead too.
