Utter Nonsense! The March 1st 2017 PR http://ir.stockpr.com/mgtci/company-news/detail/901/development-completed-on-mgt-bitcoin-mining-pool ;;; quote:"today announced that its Bitcoin Mining Pool is scheduled to be fully available to the Bitcoin network early in the second quarter of 2017. "

I don't see how MacPool being fully available to the Bitcoin network in Q2 '17 gives any information about the progress of increasing their computational power. You are assuming that a certain amount of Cpower is needed in order to make this happen, thus you're assuming 10PH in Q2 is needed. But they aren't saying anything about this.
We will have to wait and see for the next computational power update.

I may contact Tiffany Madison to see if the PR on March 1st PR about currently being at 5.0PH/s is an error or not.
