Working capital is the reason. They have been sitting on their hands waiting for things to happen. Absolutely ZERO sense of urgency. If this was tied to a capital raise for commercial launch than we would have seen the PR by now. Cannot wait to see how they enrich themselves to prevent their positions from dilution. Management and board need to go. Sickening
