I've never known of a penny scammer who would say otherwise. A con man (or woman) always tells victims what they want to hear.

For months we've been hearing people saying others should buy because the SS was "locked and loaded." Now suddenly there's 100 million newly minted shares.

My "opinion" is as valid as your "hearsay"
