I suspect this will still come off some, from my experience in a few patent stocks still a long road ahead

First, need to get a ruling from the CAFC - this from what I have read would likely be October or November of this year - if others have other information please let me know

Second, if the CAFC doesn't screw these guys on 101 etc then they could remand it back to the PTAB I believe, if so, the company see's more delay

I am not sure how long the PTAB has if remanded, and if so, if that ruling can then be appealed AGAIN, perhaps someone with better knowledge of THAT particular situation can opine - but my guess is one could appeal?

Anyways, these legal rodeos seem to go on forever and there 'could' be some intervening issues that prevent this from going direct to district court post this appeal

None of the stocks I have been in have had the case remanded back to the ptab - if anyone knows the timelines on this would be helpful to share
