Realistically, there are only a few remaining potential roadblocks.

1) (Long-term) demonstration that they can consistently scale up production into the Kg levels.

2) (Shorter-term) demonstration that they can get a drug candidate through TOX testing, and into clinical testing.

And realistically,... once goal #2 above here is reached, the share price should move upward sufficiently to mitigate any capital raises that might need to be made in the next few years.

True enough. Of course those words could have been written 5 years ago.
