Ruffie: Why buy back if they think the price will decline?

They have the financials, if they know financials will disappoint and nervous nellies will unload, it makes ZERO SENSE to buyback near 2.00 like some of you daily L2 watchers want. If they think it will go to 1.50, that's where they should support it, if they support it at all as there's no guarantee they'll buy anything back.
