If you do DD, you will like HCTI for sure.. Management has to act here otherwise it had enormous potential .. I am not wrong on any of my stocks from 2016.. Some of them are SFO$R,, it was in 000s for months but went to 0.0250 from 0001,, also owc$p at 0.004 and it touched 3.2$, IC$NB from 0001 to 0339..( I had all of them but sold early which is different story though),, looks like it's going to explode HCTI share price very soon. Congrats on your DO$LV(I bought this at 0.0040),, patience is key here and 2017 is "Turning Point" for HCTI
