The stock has never moved on any of the filings related to stock ownership. Meanwhile the news of the purchase order results in a record volume being traded in a day, with the same shares crossing hands probably countless times. Go figure, what impact to us little guys have when a record day happens, almost none, just shows you how much money and capital and margin is out there to allow pushing a stock like this around at a whim on the big board, let alone the OTC.

In the end fundamentals will rule, be it later this week (earnings thru end of 2016), or next big announcement, or actual revenues, which in this case according to the 8-K should start to be recognized end of this year for the MTI-X deal.
