Investor shares were just massively diluted on Wednesday.

I'm curious to know how increasing the A/S 43% from 210 million to 300 million is a "good thing" for investors. If it's so good, why stop there? Why not 500 million or a billion? If this increase was so good then why no public disclosure from management?

The company simply printed these new shares out of thin air. Why? IMO it's to cover the toxic debt conversions by Blackbridge Capital LLC and others that are about to come due in April. That and to give management more share to dump or barter to pump teams since volume has dried up along with chatter.
