ATAC Resources Is Vastly Undervalued At This Stage

ATAC Resources owns 100% of the Rackla gold project in Yukon, Canada, a safe although remote jurisdiction.

The Tiger project is PEA stage and represents only a small fraction of the overall land package.

Yukon is remote but mining friendly, as it represents an important component of the local economy.

ATAC Resources sports a clean share structure and a conservative management. It lacks momentum however and reward will come only in 2-4 years when more exploration will have been done.

Per contra, ATAC is very undervalued compared to its assets and has the cash in hand to explore for the years to come.

ATAC Resources (OTCPK:ATADF) is a gold exploration company with their main focus being the Rackla gold project in Yukon, Canada. It is a very large land package of circa 1700 km2, and is 100% owned with no underlying royalties.

It is my opinion that the $36m market cap that the company has does not reflect its true value. In this article we will analyze the Rackla gold project, the PEA stage Tiger Gold Deposit and peruse the multiple other under-explored targets, all part of the Rackla Project. Next we will move into the management track record and share structure, before assessing Yukon as a mining jurisdiction. In the second part of the article we will briefly review the Arcus deal made in 2016, value the company comparing the different assets the company owns to the actual market cap, after which we will move to the conclusion were we will issue a buy recommendation while cautioning the reader about the specific and peculiar risks associated with investing in small-cap stocks.
