New to the board and have been in a few patent stocks but I think "Patent PLays' has misinterpeted things here

The names of those judges are the judges who reviewed the case at the USPTO these are not CAFC judges from my understanding/review.

Also, the recent filing (which I have not fully gone through) seems to basically be a case recap not the arguments but I didn't go through the full document yet

Looking to enter here at some point
