BT-HR reminds me of a few other stocks in history who had plans and lofty ideas. But I guess they own that land and I know the area bc I used to live only a few minutes away. its one of the nicest areas in all of Tampa bay. Very ritzy and stuck up some say bc of this one neighborhood and they were taking one of their public parks private just for residents.

If any area you wanted something like this it would be this area. Land has got to be very expensive there. Interesting if they ever take off on it.
