Curious as to what the valuation translation will be for the merger. I assume it will be tied to the value of THLD prior to the merger and what they believe the combined new company is worth at merger. Perhaps a little more optimism will develop over the merger and its long term potential for the two entities. Surly, THLD is worthy of .75 or higher going in to the deal.
