Problem is, the newsletter is just speculating just like us at this point. All the company has to do is say - "we are here and still moving forward", and I would be happy with that. They don't even have the decency to do that. Also, of there was an agreement in place, they could still acknowledge shareholders. Mr. Darling at least did that.
