I definitely see both sides to this, ... Love the product hate the management.

The competition is mostly those that have been mentioned on the board as possible
HCTI partners. They have similar products, but usually slightly different
( often inferior in some way).

There are multiple competing patents, but until there is a proven market,
these are unlikely to be actual competition,

There have been non-ISO alternatives available for quite awhile.
None have been real successes in the market.
HCTI will be the first if it's successful with its polyurethane.

Couple of things I question.

I think change comes slowly, and the ramp up will take much longer than
envisioned. Some people care about the environment, and some don't,
especially if it costs them money, or there is a quality concern.

The real variable is the EPA and how quicklly they'll push the ISO issue with
the administration change.

Having no ISO in the process will eventually be an advantage, but again
I'm not sure how quick that happens. That won't initially matter to many
as long as a product doesn't contain ISO ( or meets spec )

Eventually, iso-cyanates will be outlawed, but to some degree this is a
a play on how quick that happens.

So, love the potential of the product as much as I hate the behavior and
greed of management. The way HCTI shareholders have been treated is
disgusting.

I hope I'm wrong, but I see a slow ramp up, and the company continuing
to fleece shareholders.
