A court hearing is set for Tuesday. Apparently HWAL needs more shares to pay Blackbridge and other convertible debts. If true then I expect those shares to be issued to Blackbridge at .0001 and that they'll again immediately dump them just as Hollywall has accused them of doing since August.

IMO this is a classic Roxanna Green-Weber scam. More increases may be needed when two other toxic convertible debts come due in April. Once the ticker hits .0001 I look for a big Reverse Split to raise the PPS to allow further dumping by insiders.
