Oakie1, no disrespect intended here as you are most often a breath of fresh air, but maybe you haven't been around as long as some of us. I've been invested here nearly 20 years and watched my original investment get diluted down in value. I've had to double-down over the years to drop my average cost per share. We've listened to two sets of management tell us that commercialization is "next year" so many times. Not knowing sales forecasts margins, pricing models, etc., I don't blame another investor that has "jitters" when he hears of more authorized shares. Perhaps for us oldtimers "new authorized shares" is like a PTSD trigger word.
