LOLzzz hijacked shell in my opinion is a term made up by lawyers that would rather see a company go public from scratch

rather then use an old dormant shell like McCusker is doing


McCusker used an old dormant shell to go public,
so a lawyer that has a practice in BRINGing COMPANYS PUBLIC FROM SCRATCH
would not get hired by McCusker

to discourage private companys to use old dormant shells,
the lawyers invent a situation called "hijacked shells"
to hopefully convert those private companys to NOT use a dormant shell to go public...


if McCusker uses an attorney to start the process from scratch, the attorney receives a ton more in fees to bring McCusker public

it is more profitable for the attorney - to try and get the term "hijacked shell" to be known


I agree,
there is no PROOF in any way shape or form
