When you say "creating a buying opportunity", that implies that someone is "selling off" a lot of shares. So when you said that, I'm confused as to who you meant is "selling off".

Did you mean the company is selling all these newly issued shares (since the hedge fund is acquiring almost around 12-13m shares) and that's the buying opportunity? Is that how it works anyway? When a company issues new shares, they are sold on the open market (as opposed to a sale that we wouldn't even see on the IMUN graph)?

Or did you mean the hedge fund is selling the new shares they were just issued?

Or do you not know?
