The difference between ICNB and United Spirits is that ICNB owns majority interest in Bellissima. Bellissima is made in Italy; therefore it must be imported to USA. ICNB doesn’t have an import license so Rich hired his company United Spirits, LLC as the Bellissima importer.

According to Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau TTB 5190.1 policy, labels of imported wines have to list who the bottle was imported by.

Rich hired Circadian Group for increased investor awareness. Results don’t happen overnight. Circadian Group has a proven track record of boosting stocks in a 6 month period. They are known to reach out to retail investors and other whales. Once financial reports are released we will begin to see results.
