That's funny... in all likelihood there maybe a teaser tweet or some sort of pre-announcement by mid-week. I really don't care, it's getting done either way. One CEO already rolling out dispensaries.

Don't know why this isn't past a dime by now... my only conclusion is penny players are just buying the wrong stocks & there has been little press.

Reverse mergers are great parabolic opportunities, but I look at the suitability of the business model, PEG model, and invest on forward values.
