I don't see anywhere that there is an active spring of any consequence on the Friar Tuck Inn resort property. If there is I would think it would have featured in the advertising descriptions of the resort when it was operating. There is only mention of an outdoor "pool". While there may be some upstream contribution from a spring to a close-by stream that is not what the Mrs Li bottling and canning plant plan is abou,t at least as far as water goes. Just going on the material found on the internet although there may be more to it than is apparent.

I take your point about the difficulty of drawing on any possible spring water source for commercial activity.
