Watch "Medical Marijuana" (2011) on Netflix... puts in perspective on how primitive they were back then. Another film, "Something Ventured" (2011) also found on Netflix, gives perspective of the same sort of the early stage development in silicon chips and how it became Big Business. To me, it resounds the ideas they had at the growth and application of silicon chips (how it became & was the hottest sector on the planet).

In the first film, key words are said there; governmental controls..client access..professional accountability
reverse merger <or> IPO..enter big business

There are many angles to look at RBI/RSII & NWAV business venture (which is most likely the best fit in this sector, which is now the hottest sector on the planet).

My best synopsis from a business perspective are these (7) points;

1. The infancy of this sector and how it will become the next entrance to big business.

2. More Governmental Controls will come into play here legitimizing the business model that the PAO Group is putting together. Government through legalization needs to control access through professional accountable dispensaries and therefore keeping tabs on safe patient care and taxation (Regulate & Tax).

3. PAO Group is playing the game legally by keeping RBI/RSII & NWAV as separate entities, doing the Reverse Merger to speed up the process and rolling out initial 20 dispensaries.

4. As time goes by, PAO Group should be well established which will make it ultimately easier to roll out more dispensaries.

5. It is likely more states will adopt legalization through social pressure & the state's ability to ramp up tax receipts.

6. PAO Group will have more space (states) to operate.

7. With PAO Group's internal growth, it's likely both will up list on NASD together as the law remains or will they be a takeover target from Big Business?

Now is this worth 1 penny?

GFTOL!
