1. Question... What happens if this deal is NOT completed by March 31st? Will it effect the PPS just like the ill fated China Deal (It was also a "Term Sheet")?? Not sure how solid this "Binding Term Sheet" is. Currency should not be an issue with the Japan Deal as with China...

If this does go through... will this strengthen a possible China Deal coming back?
