H2R, Teva has recently come out and said all issues regarding the CRL have been resolved and submitted. Since this was a "rolling review" with the FDA helping them through each issue since last August it is speculated that approval of Epi could come as soon as next month but as late as end of June. I believe it will happen sooner then later based on the pressure for the FDA to get a AB rated generic on the market asap.
