Just in case anybody that follows GYOG is curious how the debt that was transferred to V2IP Inc (Edward Bronson) starting back in August originated, I noticed that Polk County now has more documents to view/download since last time I was in their system.

Here is the Complaint for the settlement agreement

$115,972,60 came from money owed to Paul Casanova from an old consulting agreement dated October 1, 2015

$36,060,15 came from money owed to Machiavelli LLC when Machiavelli LLC covered a payment to the IRS on behalf of GYOP back on May 13, 2014

$76,314.72 came from money owed to Carpathia LLC from July 14, 2014

$81,637.39 came from money owed to Joe Canouse from when GYOP alleged entered into an agreement to purchase a plane from Joe Canouse on April 1, 2016

$30,029.27 came from money owed to Joe Canouse because of a bunch of payments that Canouse made for GYOP from March 2015 through April 2016 including aircraft maintenance, vendor costs, transfer agent fees, and filings fees

Wellington Shield & Co LLC is the placement agent being used for the debt settlement agreement
